Millie Bobby Brown thinks she has few friends.
The Stranger Things actress tells Vanity Fair that she is not very socially adept because she never went to school.
Brown was only twelve years old when she played in the first season of the Netflix series Stranger Things.
The actress thinks that growing up in a bubble with her co-stars has limited her social development. The young actors were educated on set.
I don’t have many friends, because of who I am, says the now twenty-year-old Brown. I never went to school, so I don’t have the best social skills when it comes to people my age.
I struggle with friendships. I did miss out on some things, but I’m working on that now.
Brown currently lives a secluded life on a farm in the state of Georgia with her husband Jake Bongiovi, the son of Jon Bongiovi from the band Bon Jovi.
The actress runs an animal shelter there.
That doesn’t mean she has completely stopped acting.
She will be seen later this year in the fifth and final season of Stranger Things, where she plays the role of Eleven.
On March 14, 2025, the Netflix film The Electric State will be released, in which she will star opposite Chris Pratt.
