Blake Lively Wants Access To Phone

Blake Lively’s lawyers have sent subpoenas to several phone companies seeking access to the records of her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni.

The actress wants to prove that Baldoni conducted a smear campaign against her.

Lively, 37, wants to expose the people, tactics and methods that have destroyed her reputation and family over the past year.

According to Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, Lively’s lawyers want every phone call, text message and even location information from the past 2.5 years, regardless of sender, recipient or subject.

In a response to People, Freedman called Lively’s team’s request an expedition that shows they are desperately seeking a factual basis for their demonstrably false claims.

Late last year, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, 41, alleging misconduct and orchestrating a campaign to damage her reputation.

Baldoni, in turn, filed a lawsuit against Lively. According to the actor, who also directed the film, his co-star had tried to take control of the film and deliberately disrupted their working relationship.

Baldoni is demanding $400 million in damages from Lively, her PR agency and her husband Ryan Reynolds.

He is also demanding $250 million from The New York Times.

The American newspaper published an article in December in which Lively accuses the actor of sexual misconduct. It is not yet known what Lively’s demand is.

Earlier this month, the actors, who continue to throw mud at each other, were told that their trial will start on March 9, 2026.

The judge had a clear message for the couple: they are not allowed to say anything in the press that could influence the jury.

If they do, the planned start date of the trial will be in jeopardy.
