Jesy Nelson Gives Birth To Identical Twins

Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson has given birth to identical twins.

The two girls have been named Ocean Jade and Story Monroe. The artist previously suffered from pregnancy complications.
The girls were born on May 15, Nelson and her partner Zion Foster announced. That is earlier than normal.

Our beautiful girls decided to come after 31 weeks and 5 days, the couple wrote on Instagram. It all happened so fast, but we are blessed to have them with us. We have never been so in love.

Nelson, 33, announced in mid-January that she was expecting twins. She faced complications during her pregnancy. She had a rare condition, twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).

Identical twins exchange blood in the womb, but with TTTS more blood flows from one baby to the other. Due to the complications, Nelson was forced to stay in hospital for a long time.

Nelson and Foster had an on-again, off-again relationship for a while, but are now back together. The pregnancy and the complications that came with it have strengthened their relationship, they announced in April.

Nelson decided to leave Little Mix in 2020 to focus on her mental health and a solo career.

In 2021, she released her debut single Boyz with Nicki Minaj.
