Mick Jagger Engaged For The Third Time

A glimpse into his love life

Mick Jagger, the iconic frontman of The Rolling Stones, is known for his complex love life, spanning several decades and relationships with several women.

His first long-term relationship began in 1963 with model Chrissie Shrimpton, who wanted to avoid the fame surrounding Jagger in favor of a normal family life. Despite their engagement in 1965, they never married, partly due to Jagger’s infidelity.

Jagger then began a relationship with singer and actress Marianne Faithfull, which lasted four years but ended after a series of personal and legal problems, including a drug bust and Jagger’s betrayal.

In 1970, he had a brief romance with actress Marsha Hunt, with whom he had his first child, Karis. Shortly after, he married model Bianca Pérez-Mora Macias, with whom he had a daughter, Jade.

This marriage also did not last: Jagger started a long relationship with model Jerry Hall, who helped him overcome his drug problems, but which still prevented him from remaining faithful.

Together they had four children. The marriage ended definitively when it turned out that Jagger had a seventh child outside of marriage.

In 2001 he started a relationship with model L’Wren Scott, which ended tragically after thirteen years with her suicide in 2014. Jagger later became involved with choreographer Melanie Hamrick, with whom he had a son in 2016.

Despite an age difference of 44 years, they are now engaged, although it remains unclear whether they will actually get married.

Hamrick emphasizes that they are happy with their current life and has doubts about a wedding.

Jagger has a total of eight children with five different women, which, according to him, makes his life outside of music just as turbulent as on stage.

His relationships reflect not only his public image as a rock star, but also his ongoing search for love and family happiness amid fame and personal struggles.
