Rappers Post Malone and Tyla Yaweh have been sued by limousine driver Larry Deuel, TMZ reports. Deuel appeared in the American rapper’s 2020 music video for “Tommy Lee” but was allegedly not paid for his participation.

According to court documents, the lawsuit alleges that Deuel’s role in the music video was “crucial” in supporting “the central theme of unlimited wealth, fame, power, and success that Post Malone and Tyla Yaweh intended to convey.”

Deuel is filing the lawsuit for, among other things, breach of contract, unlawful use of name or likeness, and fraudulent misrepresentation. He is seeking $2.5 million in damages, a $7.5 million fine, and $25,000 in attorney fees.

Post Malone, Tyla Yaweh, and Sony Music Entertainment have not yet responded to the lawsuit.
