Steinfeld, 28, and Allen, 29, have been together since 2023. Allen proposed to the actress in November 2024.
Steinfeld is known for songs such as Starving and Love Myself. She also played in films such as The Marvels and Sinners. Allen has been the quarterback for the Buffalo Bills since 2018.
The two have not yet released anything about their wedding.
